Britney is originally from Pensacola, Florida, and brings four years of experience in the multifamily apartment industry to her role as Assistant Property Manager at Venture Haven Property Management. With a strong background in resident relations, property operations, and customer service, Britney brings a highly organized and solutions-oriented approach to property management.

Britney is committed to providing exceptional service to both property owners and residents while ensuring that day-to-day property needs are handled efficiently and professionally. Her experience has strengthened her ability to communicate effectively, manage multiple priorities, and approach challenges with a proactive and solution-focused mindset.

Prior to her career in property management, Britney worked as a personal trainer, where she developed strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills. These experiences have shaped her dedication to helping others and her ability to create positive, professional relationships with the people she works with.

In her role at Venture Haven, Britney assists with resident communication, maintenance coordination, leasing activities, property operations, and administrative needs. She works closely with owners, residents, vendors, and the Venture Haven team to help ensure properties are well-maintained, efficiently managed, and supported with consistent attention to detail.

Known for her excellent communication, organization, and passion for customer service, Britney takes pride in solving problems and helping make the property management experience as seamless as possible. Outside of work, Britney comes from a large family of nine siblings, which has helped shape her strong interpersonal skills and ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.
