Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Assistant Property Manager to support our growing portfolio. This role requires a proactive, customer-focused, and problem-solving individual who can efficiently handle daily property management operations. You will work closely with property owners, tenants, and vendors to ensure properties are well-maintained and running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with tenants—answering calls, texts, and help with any questions they have.
- Coordinate maintenance requests and make sure issues get resolved quickly.
- Perform property inspections and ensure everything meets our standards.
- Help with rent collection and keep financial records organized.
- Show properties to potential tenants and highlight key features.
- Keep accurate records for tenants and property owners.
- Assist with marketing rental listings to attract great tenants.
- Take care of administrative tasks like reports and documentation.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience in property management (or a similar field) is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and great at managing time.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Familiarity with property management software is a bonus.
- Able to multitask and handle unexpected issues smoothly.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and ready to take initiative.
