As our part-time Runner, you’ll be a vital part of our day-to-day field operations. From installing signs and managing inventory to supporting leasing activity and maintaining our company vehicle, you’ll help ensure that every detail is handled with care and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
This position is primarily focused on supporting Venture Haven Property Management in daily field operations, while also providing assistance to our sister company, Embry Group at Crue Realty, as needed. Responsibilities include:
- Install and remove real estate signs and lockboxes at properties
Place and retrieve open house signs as scheduled (typically Fridays and Sundays)Maintain company vehicle — fuel, cleanliness, mileage tracking, and scheduled serviceManage and organize inventory within the company storage unitRun errands, transport keys and lockboxes, and support leasing logisticsRoute daily tasks efficiently based on provided to-do listAccurately document time worked, tasks completed, and mileage when applicable
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
High school diploma or equivalent preferredAbility to lift and install signage (some heavy lifting required)Strong organizational and time management skillsAble to work independently, communicate clearly, and adapt to shifting prioritiesAvailability to work Wednesday through Sunday with flexible hours
