With a strong background in property operations, resident relations, and day-to-day management, Chloe brings a knowledgeable and hands-on approach to her role as Assistant Property Manager at Venture Haven Property Management.

Chloe is committed to maximizing asset performance, protecting property investments, and creating a positive experience for both property owners and residents. In her role, Chloe supports the daily operations of Venture Haven’s rental portfolio by assisting with resident communication, maintenance coordination, leasing activities, property inspections, and administrative needs. She works closely with owners, residents, vendors, and the Venture Haven team to ensure properties are well-maintained, efficiently managed, and positioned for long-term success.
