At Venture Haven, we send out reminders at 90, 60, and 30 days before your lease ends. These emails are easy to respond to directly—you can simply let us know whether you want to renew or not. We make communication straightforward and transparent, because we believe you should never feel in the dark about your lease status.


Will My Rent Increase?

Not necessarily. While some tenants may see a small rent increase, we carefully review several factors before making that decision:

  • Consistency of on-time rent payments

  • Any history of late or NSF (non-sufficient funds) payments

  • The overall condition of the property

  • Lawn care and exterior upkeep

  • Whether all lease terms have been followed

At Venture Haven, we value great tenants and do our best to keep rates stable whenever possible. If you’ve been a reliable tenant, that could mean no rent increase when you renew!


How Lease Renewals Work

Your official lease renewal will be sent anywhere from 30–60 days before your lease ends. We use e-signature for fast, secure, and convenient signing—no printing or scanning required.

⚠️ If you don’t sign a renewal and don’t give notice to vacate, your lease automatically converts to month-to-month, typically at a 20% higher rent rate than your current lease. This is why we strongly recommend responding promptly to your renewal email.
