Claire is an Alabama native and recent graduate of The University of Alabama who brings an organized, detail-oriented approach to her role at Venture Haven.
Working behind the scenes, Claire supports daily operations through scheduling, communication, marketing, and team coordination. She helps keep the moving pieces of the business organized so our property managers can focus on providing excellent service to owners and residents.
Dependable and proactive, Claire takes pride in creating structure and supporting the team behind the scenes.

Chloe Shelnutt | Property Manager
A North Alabama native with more than five years of management experience, Chloe brings a hands-on and detail-oriented approach to property management.
As a Property Manager at Venture Haven, Chloe supports the day-to-day management of our rental portfolio, including resident communication, maintenance coordination, leasing, and property inspections. She is known for being responsive, proactive, and committed to solving problems efficiently.
Chloe understands that successful property management is about more than maintaining a home. It’s about creating a positive experience for both property owners and residents while making sure each property is well cared for.

Originally from Pensacola, Florida, Britney brings four years of multifamily property management experience to Venture Haven.

Her previous experience as a personal trainer also strengthened her interpersonal and relationship-building skills—qualities that translate naturally into property management.
